Booking Procedure:
To secure booking, we require your credit card details via e-mail or fax. If you do not want to give your credit card details, a 50 % deposit is required. Please contact us for details. In the event of the reservation being cancelled more than 30 days in advance, 20 % of the total fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival 80% of the total fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 2 days in advance or in the case of 'no show' the total fee will be charged.
With the communication of your credit card details you omly authorise us to debit your account by the said cancellation fees. Upon receiving your credit card details or a copy of the deposit slip the booking will be confirmed via e-mail, fax or on the postal way.
If you dont't want to send the booking form via e-mail you can print it out and send it as a fax.
